A fictional story based on actual events. This book explores the history of a traditional, Pentecostal Apostolic church that is struggling to sustain its membership in a modern day, progress world. A young man who endured the trauma of being raised in the toxic, church environment vows to retaliate against the foundation that broke him. He desires to do to other church members what was done to him. As a result, he manipulates his way to be appointed the Presiding Bishop over the churches.
Once he is appointed as the Presiding Bishop, he begins to unleash his vengeance. He partners with his family members, one of whom is a councilman to carry out orchestrated crimes against the congregation and cover them up as God punishing the congregation for their disobedience.
The Presiding Bishop continues to commit crimes and cover them up as spiritual attacks. Until one day a young lady named Amelia who left the church to go away to college, returns for her son’s dedication. As Amelia reconnects with a few members who stayed behind she begins to uncover a disturbing pattern of spiritual wickedness.
When Amelia refuses to fall back in line with the Apostle’s agenda. The Apostle decides to make Ameila his newest target. Amelia decides to fight back and realizes that she will be in for the fight of her life. When she attempts to report the Apostle to the authorities. The Apostle uses his power and privilege to portray Amelia as mentally ill, makes up false allegations to have her arrested multiple times and attempts to have her son taken away.
Amelia is aware that in this fight of good versus evil. Good will always prevail in the end. She unites with spiritual and community leaders to assist her in exposing the cult and her fight for justice.
